4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

By purchasing a program, you agree to:

  • Pay the full amount or agreed payment plan

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Authorize Elite Legal & Tax Services (or its payment processors) to charge your payment method

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Digital Product Policy (No Refunds)

All products and services offered are digital and delivered online.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided

  • Access to program materials constitutes fulfillment of the service

6. Program Access & Timeframe

For programs such as Summer Skool:

  • Access is granted for a specific timeframe (e.g., June 1 – October 31, 2026)

  • You are responsible for completing the program within that period

  • Access may be revoked after the program end date

7. Non-Transferable Access

Your enrollment:

  • Is for individual use only

  • May not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including:

  • Training materials

  • Videos

  • Documents

  • Branding

…is the property of Elite Legal & Tax Services and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Share login access

  • Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or content

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

10. SMS & Communications Consent

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Submitting a chargeback after receiving access to digital products may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor

18. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, services, or products shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as otherwise required by law.

  • Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.

  • Each party shall be responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

19. Intellectual Property Protection & Unauthorized Use

All materials, content, training systems, frameworks, and branding—including but not limited to the Tew Suite (The Elite Way Suite)—are the exclusive property of Elite Legal & Tax Services.

Unauthorized actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Copying, recording, or reproducing training materials

  • Sharing login access or distributing content

  • Reselling or repackaging any portion of the program

  • Uploading materials to third-party platforms

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access without refund

  • Legal action for injunctive relief and damages

  • Recovery of legal fees and enforcement costs

20. Liquidated Damages for Unauthorized Distribution

You acknowledge that unauthorized distribution of digital materials would cause significant harm that may be difficult to quantify.

Accordingly, you agree that:

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of program content may result in liquidated damages of up to $5,000 per violation, or the maximum amount permitted under applicable law, whichever is greater.

This amount represents a reasonable estimate of damages and is not intended as a penalty.

21. Compliance with Florida Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including but not limited to:

  • Florida Statutes Chapter 501 (Consumer Protection)

  • Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), §501.201–213

  • Florida Uniform Trade Secrets Act, §688.001–009 (where applicable)

Unauthorized use of proprietary materials may also constitute violations under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

22. Injunctive Relief

You agree that any breach involving unauthorized use or distribution of intellectual property may result in irreparable harm.

Elite Legal & Tax Services shall be entitled to seek:

  • Immediate injunctive relief

  • Court orders to stop misuse

  • Enforcement without the requirement to post bond (where permitted by law)

23. Attorney’s Fees & Enforcement Costs

In the event of any dispute, enforcement action, or arbitration arising from a violation of these Terms:

  • The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses.
